Allyson Horne is the founder of Allyology, an engagement consulting practice designed to help individuals and teams lead with clarity, alignment, and intention. Her work centers on strength-based leadership, values alignment, and meaningful collaboration—supporting engagement that is sustainable rather than performative.
Before launching Allyology, Allyson spent over 20 years in mission-driven leadership development roles, including Director of Engagement for TeamMates Mentoring. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders and organizations to translate values into practice and create environments where people can do their best work.
A frequent keynote speaker, Allyson has presented nationally at Gallup’s Strengths in Education Conference and the National Mentoring Summit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Doane College and a Certificate in Strengths-Based Education from the Clifton division of Gallup University.
Beyond her work, Ally is most at home in the Colorado mountains. She is a writer and explorer who finds balance through quality time with family and friends.
